Elizabeth Gilbert is the author of ten books—including Eat Pray Love and Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear—which altogether have sold over 25 million copies worldwide and expanded our understanding of creativity, spirituality, and love.
Gilbert's #1 New York Times bestseller Eat Pray Love famously chronicled the year she spent traveling the world after a shattering divorce. In the years since its release people around the globe have looked to her for guidance in leading brave, authentic, and creative lives; her TED Talk on creativity is among the most popular of all time with over 21.8 million views.
Gilbert's first nonfiction book in a decade, the highly anticipated All the Way to the River, will be published September 9, 2025. A landmark memoir, it will resonate with anyone who has ever been captive to love—or to any other passion, substance, or craving—and yearns to break free.
