33rd Annual Strathmore Juried Exhibition

33rd Annual Strathmore Juried Exhibition: Full Circle

January 25–March 1, 2025

JURORS: Glen Kessler & Darryl Patterson

Circles are universal symbols of perpetual motion, balance, and renewal. Nature provides tree rings and seasonal cycles. Music and plays are performed in the round, innovation is marked by the invention of the wheel, and Earth orbits the sun. In Full Circle, artists create work depicting subjects with a circular form; or exploring symbolism, metaphor, or traditions expanding the basic circle.

From apples to eggs, drum rolls to figure eights, we challenged artists to close the loop, spiral out of control, and share their sphere of influence in this year’s juried exhibition.
