Latin Grammy-winner Yamandu Costa is widely regarded as one of the world’s foremost guitarists today. The virtuoso 7-string guitar player is credited with reviving Brazilian guitar music. His diverse repertoire spans chorinho, bossa nova, milonga, tango, samba and chamamé, showcasing boundless versatility and universal appeal. Costa has collaborated with esteemed artists such as Bobby McFerrin, Richard Galliano, Doug de Vries, Gilberto Gil, Toquinho, João Bosco, Ney Matogrosso, Marisa Monte, and Renato Borghetti and has served as a featured soloist with symphony orchestras worldwide.
